🎯 Competition Format & Rules
This year’s competition is divided into four age-groups to ensure fair fun and strong performance :
- Group A : Up to 11 years old
- Group B : 12 to 20 years old
- Group C : 21 to 35 years old
- Group D : 36 years and above
Registered participants (via tags at the entrance) will dance two rounds : a 15-minute Round 1 for all, then finalists selected for a Grand Final. Judges will award top 3 dancers in each group.
Rules include :
- Follow the five basic steps of Dandiya Raas throughout
- Dropping a dandiya stick leads to point deduction
- Traditional attire earns bonus points
- Judges’ decision is final
