Achieving the set targets (Top Line)
Ensure to keep Cost within defined limits
Conducting operational audits & cure the deviations with
defined action plan
Keep track over competition
Grooming team members for next level
Ensure adherence of company SOP’s in the store
Maintain & Upkeep Store hygiene
Responsible for Safety & Security in the store
Ensure the right amount of inventory is available in the store
Shrink is within the defined target
Ensure to conduct PMS
Constant introspection of reports & taking actions over the gaps
Successful execution of marketing campaign
Co-ordinating between corporate & store to address the concerns from both sides
Conducting reviews of team on regular basis
Stock planning & in-depth analysis
Review planning store wise
