Role : Finance Controller

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification
Experience : Minimum 10+ years in senior finance leadership, preferably as a Finance Controller in a plastic manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end oversight of all financial operations of the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles.
- Monitor cost controls, profitability metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Manage audits, financial reporting, and ERP-driven accounting systems.
- Deliver strategic financial insights to senior management to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
- Demonstrated success with 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
- Mandatory prior experience within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong command over compliance frameworks, taxation, and international financial practices.
- Proven leadership capability with sharp analytical acumen and clear communication skills.
