We Are Hiring: Sales & Logistics Executive

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Logistics Executive to join our fast-paced team in Ghana. Position Overview

Location: Accra / Tema, Ghana
Sector: Shipping | Freight Forwarding | Supply Chain
Base Salary: USD $1,500 Net / Month

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, target, and onboard new B2B import and export clients.
Solution Sales: Actively sell our comprehensive sea/air freight, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing solutions.
Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer accounts.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with shipping lines, clearing agents, and transporters to ensure smooth operations.
Tracking & Monitoring: Oversee cargo status, vessel schedules, customs clearance processes, and final deliveries.
Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding freight rates, optimal routing, container selection, and transit times.
Administration & Issue Resolution: Manage all required shipping documentation and proactively resolve any service disruptions.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or Marketing.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of active sales experience within the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Ghana customs procedures, GRA, ICUMS, and Tema Port operations.
Core Skills: Exceptional B2B sales acumen, strong negotiation capabilities, and excellent English communication skills.
