We Are Hiring: Sales & Distribution Manager (West Africa) 🌍

We are seeking a highly driven, dynamic Sales & Distribution Manager to lead and expand the presence of Optimum Nutrition across Ghana and neighboring West African markets (Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, etc.). If you are an experienced sales leader with a background in FMCG, sports nutrition, or consumer goods and a passion for market expansion, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

Role: Sales & Distribution Manager (Optimum Nutrition)
Location: Based in Ghana with extensive travel across West Africa (Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, etc.)
Industry: FMCG | Sports Nutrition | Supplements | Consumer Goods

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Drive the distribution, growth, and visibility of Optimum Nutrition across West Africa.
Network Development: Build, manage, and scale a robust network of distributors, dealers, and B2B partners.
Sales & Strategy: Lead business development, analyze market trends, and execute effective sales strategies.
Brand & Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand presence in diverse markets.
Team Management: Oversee, mentor, and align sales teams to meet and exceed regional targets.
Regional Travel: Travel extensively across West African territories to secure new accounts and support partners.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of proven success in sales, distribution, and business development.
Industry Background: Strong preference for experience in FMCG, sports nutrition, supplements, or consumer products.
Network: An existing, strong distributor/dealer and B2B network in the region.
Leadership: Demonstrable experience in team management, market entry, and marketing.
Mobility: Must be fully willing and able to travel extensively across West Africa.
Age Limit: Below 35 years old.
